Toy Drive 2025

Thank you, Kinnelon families, for helping make this holiday season so special! Serving cocoa, sharing smiles, and witnessing the joy of giving as toys made their way onto Santa’s train was a truly heartwarming experience. We are deeply grateful to everyone who donated toys and came out to support this festive event. Our sincere thanks to the Marines, Toys for Tots, Operation Toy Train, and the Butler Museum for their partnership in making this cherished holiday tradition possible and for helping spread holiday cheer to children in need.

Veteran Career Clothing Drive 2025

Thank you, Kinnelon! Your generous clothing donations made a meaningful impact in our Veteran Career Clothing Drive. Because of your overwhelming support, we were able to provide professional business attire to veterans through Operation Suit Up, and extend that support to Working Women’s Wardrobe in Sussex County as well. We are incredibly grateful for this community’s generosity and spirit of service. 

Care Packages for Troops 2025

Thank you to the incredible community of Kinnelon for your generosity in supporting our Easter Candy Drive for deployed military troops. With the collection hosted at Kinnelon library, neighbors came together to donate leftover Easter candy and small treats that brought a touch of home to those serving overseas. All donations were sent to Operation Shoebox for mailing to deployed service members. We are grateful to everyone who contributed and helped turn a simple act of kindness into a meaningful show of appreciation for our troops.

Prom Dress Drive 2025

Kinnelon United's successful spring drive at the Kinnelon Public Library collected 56 dresses, 14 pairs of shoes, five handbags, and an assortment of costume jewelry for the "Sister-to-Sister" Prom Shop in Newton, NJ. What started in 2008 as two teenagers wanting to help less fortunate teens has blossomed into an annual event hosted by Project Self Sufficiency of Newton, a private, nonprofit organization serving low-income families. Kinnelon United was honored to take part, and grateful to the Kinnelon community in its generosity to this worthy cause.
